HIRO Sake is a Multi-Award Wining Handcrafted Premium Japanese Sake brewed and bottled in the Niigata Prefecture, the premier Sake producing region in Japan.

HIRO RED Junmai Sake is made once a year with Gohyakumanguko Sake rice, grown only by HIRO’s own Kura (brewery) and water sourced from the pure melting snow of the Bandai-Asahi mountains of the Niigata Prefecture.  HIRO RED Junmai Sake is made from Gohyakumanguko rice that is milled down to 60% of its original size, which removes the impurities in the outer layers of the rice. The heavily milled rice together with the melted snow water helps give HIRO RED its pristine clean crisp taste.

HIRO RED Junmai Sake has been specially handcrafted by our own Toji (master brewer) to be enjoyed either warm or chilled and can also be used in your favorite cocktail in place of Vodka, Gin or White Rum.

HIRO BLUE Junmai Ginjo Sake has been specially handcrafted by our own Toji (master brewer) to be enjoyed either chilled or on the rocks and can also be used in your favorite cocktail in place of Vodka, Gin or White Rum.

HIRO Sake is made by the oldest Kura (brewery) in the Niigata Prefecture, Japan (founded in 1635). Inspired by the ancient recipe of Hiroemon Takeda, the renowned Samurai and Sake connoisseur, HIRO is crafted by our own Toji (master brewer) and by adhering to traditional Japanese requirement of making Sake.  HIRO Sake is the new premium Sake that bridges the heritage of the past with the way we drink today.
