VISTA is a new concept in the gelato business: a glycol pozzetti counter and the gelato can be seen.
It has a different look and brings an innovative idea of ice cream display by comparison to the traditional cases: the round containers replace the rectangular trays.
VISTA has some important advantages:
- Better conservation of gelato thanks to the synergy between the glycol technology and the ventilated cooling system;
- The Gelato is visible as there is no need to use lids;
- Energy saving as it is mostly glycol technology ;
- Labor and space saving as there is no need to remove the ice cream containers at the end of the day. VISTA is also storage freezer. Glycol keeps the gelato fresh over the night.
- More autonomous conservation of the ice cream in case of compressor failure or power cut.
VISTA is equipped with two independent compressors and in addition the glycol’s cold properties will maintain the ice cream at a low temperature for many hours.
VISTA has a double level of gelato display (storage) and it is available in 2 sizes L. 1050 mm (6+6 flavors) and L. 1650 mm (10+10 flavors).
