Now Cangshan and chef Keller come together with the same ideas about premium materials, precision of craftsmanship and an eye towards design to create something truly unique in the world of cutlery. The knives will be utilized at chef Keller’s newly opened restaurant at The Surf Club ® in Surfside, Florida, as well as other new projects.
Henry Liu is the founder, owner and chief designer of Cangshan Cutlery, a fresh, new knife brand that came to market in 2015. With a focus on forward thinking aesthetics and professional caliber functionality Cangshan sought to bring something innovative to the culinary world. In the 3 years since their launch they have won 22 design awards including multiple Red Dot and German Design Awards for their exceptional design and craftsmanship of their cutlery.
