Imperial is dedicated to providing high quality, premium cooking equipment for restaurants and chefs and will showcase its latest innovations at Booth #2217.
Products on display include:
- Pro-Series Broiler: Made with heavy duty stainless steel along with a long-lasting stainless steel liner and radiant covers. Assists with producing high quantities of food quickly and is designed to conserve space in a busy commercial kitchen. Features a fully welded frame assembly, industrial metal knobs, and a custom designed brass control valve. The industrial strength cast iron top grate has multiple positions to ensure different heat zones for unmatched versatility.
- Pro Series Griddle: The Pro Series Griddle is made with high carbon AR50 (Abrasion Resistant) plates, which are ideal for longer service life in harsh conditions and better heat transfer. Three embedded RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) temperature sensing probes per burner placed within .125-inches from the top of the Pro Series Griddle. This ensures extremely accurate sensing so food is cooked to the proper temperature throughout the entire griddle and harmful bacteria is eliminated.
- ProVection Oven: The 36-inch oven challenges commercial ovens with impressive horse power, a two-speed motor, five rack positions, and the ability to be stacked up to three units high. Fully equipped with a highly sensitive Ametek thermostat control system, tempered glass doors, full porcelain interior, and three double nickel-plated oven racks with removable guide assembly.
- Gas Frier (IFS75): Features a sports cast-iron, tube-fired burner with large heat transfer area and quickly recovers to desired cooking temperatures. A large cold zone captures and holds particles out of the fry area. Robotic welding of the tubes and sides at the factory eliminates leaks. A recessed bottom facilitates draining of the oil.
