Includes a probe and versatile functionality: bake, braise, poach, confit, low-temp steam, roast, stage, hold, and there’s even a sous vide mode programmed into settings for increased precision. Available in full-size and half-size configurations. Also records and stores HACCP data.
Notable new features include a USB/Audio port, Capacitive Touch Wheel control, and KitchenSYNC™ Near Field Communication protocol, enabling users to enter food product settings by waving or tapping a preprogrammed NFC Card near the sensor, eliminating guesswork and errors.
