This year, Chicago Metallic Bakeware is proud to introduce its new StayFlat® Full-Size Sheet Pan with NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) certification is the only full-size sheet pan to provide the strength of a completely enclosed pan rim that meets the requirements of NSF certification. The NSF StayFlat Full-Size Sheet Pan provides bakeries, restaurants and foodservice operations with sanitation and food safety advantages that were previously only possible from much more expensive sheet pans with open rim designs and without reinforcing wires. Whether cooking or baking, the pan provides numerous advantages over standard full-size sheet pans, including a longer life and its ability to stay flat and produce evenly cooked or baked foods.
