Despite the name, which may recall a German origin, SWEDLINGHAUS is an Italian company. Established in Turin in 1950 by Tomasi brothers, lately, in 1971 it was taken over by Longo family and moved in Fermo, Marche Region, Step by step, the company expanded until becoming a leader in professional foodservice equipment. SWEDLINGHAUS produces and sells professional foodservice equipment; its core business is mainly represented by slicers and bone bandsaws. The company is based in Grottazzolina and is leaded by two partners, Davide Longo and Leonello Virgili, and 20 employees.

The technical experience acquired and the business relationships strengthened during these years, helped SWEDLINGHAUS to become one of the leading companies in professional foodservice equipment in Italy and abroad. In the last ten years SWEDLINGHAUS invested substantial resources to improve its presence on foreign markets, employing qualified human resources, taking part to the major national and international shows, keeping on loyalizing some distributors in Europe and Asia, United Arab Emirates, China, India, Singapore and Vietnam. In the last two years, SWEDLINGHAUS turned its attention also to the Central America market, creating an important logistic pole in Costa Rica, as base and starting point to improve the business in all other Central America Countries and in the US.

  • Eunice 4 & 4 Inox are the main news introduced by Swedlinghaus in the World of Pasta production. They can be realized with a Painted or s/steel structure. All the components in contact with food/dough are made of S/Steel or food grade bronze. The operating parts can rotate in both directions and, in addition, they are easy to disassemble to improve the cleaning of the machine. Equipped with basin lid safety microswitch. Accessories supplied: 3 brass-bronze moulds (excluding the Pasta Sfoglia, Cannelloni and Paccheri mould), key for the assembly/disassembly of the die , liquid measuring jug. Optional: Electronic pasta cutter (it can also be bought at a larger stage because of the original predisposition of the machine).
