    The frying technology developed by QualityFry for Fast Chef Elite + allows food to be cooked quickly with an efficient use or resources, in terms of both products (oil consumption is reduced because the machine is closed and compact and does not allow light or oxygen to enter) and electricity (electricity costs are reduced compared to a traditional fryer).

    The benefit of the product is the very important reduction in the intake of fats absorbed by the product, producing a healthier and higer quality fry. QualityFry guarantees enviromentally friendly cooking: reduces the enviromental footprint of the cooking process while producing fried dishes that retain their nutritional value.
